I absolutely love to bake!  I don't really discriminate and am happy to try new recipes, but the recipe I'm most proud of is my butter tart recipe.  I took me many attempts to find the perfect combination of pastry and filling - but now I think that I've nailed it and my taste testers seem to agree.

I've been known to nerd out and bake pies for Pi day (March 14), and I've created some pretty fun animal shaped cakes for birthday parties and community carnivals.
